Allegany Highlands Amateur Radio Club

Belmont, New York and vicinity

The Allegany Highlands Amateur Radio Club as an organization has effectively dissolved but there is still some activity in the area.

There are presently four functioning repeaters in Allegany County NY, two in Alfred and two in Wellsville. They are all usually linked together and they all have sub-audible tones (pl) on both input and output. A fifth repeater in nearby Ulysses PA is also linked to these repeaters.

Alfred NY (Moland Hill) - KD2PFE: 146.955- (pl 100.0) and 444.800+, (pl 100.0)
Wellsville NY (Alma Hill) - NK2O: 147.210+ (pl 123.0) and 444.100+ (pl 102.7)
Ulysses PA (Bailey Hill) - WA3HLC: 145.430- (pl 127.3)

At present (early 2023) a new non-club is in the process of formation.   You might want to check out the website (under construction) for the Allegany Highlands Amateur Radio Association and check on their progress.
